Renunciation of Lebanese Citizenship
Following are
the procedures to apply for
the renunciation of the
Lebanese citizenship:
1. A
written notarized request endorsed by
the Secretary of State stating the
request to renounce Lebanese
citizenship.
2. The
original Lebanese passport and
copies of the passport (pages 1 to
6).
3. A
Money order in the amount of $
350.00 payable to the Embassy of
Lebanon.
4. A
letter from the U.S. authorities
stating the reason of the request of
renunciation of the applicant’s
Lebanese citizenship.
5. A
Stamped and certified self-addressed
return envelop.
